He did not begin his career with inverters but with the dealership of television cable accessories or equipment. With his patience, hard work and knowledge he set up his own organization in 17 years. Now his organizations have 20% of equity stake from big firms like Reliance India Power Fund and a private equity fund which are sponsored by both Anil Dhirubhai Ambani Group as well as Singapore-based Temasek Holdings.
In today's time the enterprise of Sachdeva is the largest exporter of power inverters in India, with leading existence in the overseas markets like spanning Asia, South America, Africa and Europe. He is a technology man who is continuously inventing and manufacturing advanced products with his employees for the welfare of people. Due to the struggle and hard work which he has done to be a successful industrialist, today he has become an inspiration and role model of youth.
